You Got the Juice! You have have it takes!!!
/Let's face it! Sometimes the hardest part is GETTING STARTED!!! Just as soon as we are about to take that first step, we often count ourselves out before we even get started. Or better yet, something pops up and the next thing you know, you've put your goal aside until the next day (or week)!
Here's the good news. Everyday is another opportunity to work on our goals. Setting goals that are within reach helps prevent the feeling of failure. If you haven't exercised in a year, is it really reasonable to say you're going to run 10 miles a day for the next five days? No, but you can start with walking half a mile or so at least two to three days a week. Then you can work your way up. No matter what your goal is, just take a step forward. Small steps add up, believe me!
